Job summary

Royal Clean is seeking an Accountant to manage financial operations across its Las Piñas branches. A CPA license or accounting degree and solid BIR compliance experience are required. Walk in with your resumé to apply at our Las Piñas branch.

The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, BIR filings, and management reporting, with visibility across branches. This is a head office-level position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• CPA license or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• Hands-on experience with Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERPNext or QuickBooks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts across all branches.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure correct deductions and government contributions.
• Prepare and file BIR returns (VAT, withholding tax, income tax).
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-branch accounts monthly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and flag overdue items.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
