Job summary

Booth is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Accounting Department for multi-entity oversight. The role covers full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and process improvements to support multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong QuickBooks skills. You will ensure accuracy in GAAP-compliant reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: Manage daily financial activities, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Closing Procedures: Support month-end and year-end close processes with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Analysis & Compliance: Monitor financial performance, provide actionable recommendations, ensure GAAP compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments to ensure reporting accuracy and support financial projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of full-cycle accounting and a knack for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Accounting Team, you will:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements).
• Closing Procedures: Support the month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Analysis & Compliance: Monitor financial performance, provide actionable recommendations for improvement, and ensure strict adherence to GAAP standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure reporting accuracy and support special financial projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience
