Job summary

Tulua Nail Spa & Café, part of Tulua Key Wellness Group Inc, is seeking an experienced Accountant to strengthen financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and multi-branch controls.

Responsibilities include BIR filings, monthly P&L, budgets, variance analysis, and maintaining GL records. Collaboration with management, bookkeepers, auditors, and government agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance.
• Experienced in budgeting, financial reporting, and general accounting.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• CPA qualification is preferred but not required.

Tulua Nail Spa & Café is a growing Philippine lifestyle and wellness brand operated by Tulua Key Wellness Group. We manage company-owned and franchised branches that combine premium nail and wellness services with a healthy café experience.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can strengthen our financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and multi-branch financial controls.

Key Duties

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR requirements
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and management reports
• Develop and monitor company and branch budgets
• Analyze actual expenses against budgets and explain variances
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and accounting records
• Perform bank, cash, sales, and account reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and cash flow

• Support management with reliable information for financial decisions
• Demonstrate accountability, organization, and proactive follow-through

Qualifications
