Job summary

e-Future Motors PH, Inc. is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage general accounting activities, month-end closings, and payroll for employees.

The role includes cashflow management, budgeting support, and timely reporting to the head office. The position covers AR/AP, taxation for national and provincial taxes, and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliant financial operations within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling numbers.

Responsibilities

• General accounting responsibilities and record-keeping in accordance with company policy.
• Timely month-end closing with supplemental reports to management.
• Daily operation in Finance area including data entry and reconciliation.
• Budgeting and planning activities to support financial targets.
• Prepare expenses reports for employees and cost tracking.
• Cashflow management including bank reconciliation and forecasting.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
• Salary and payroll processing including social securities compliance.
• Insurance management coordination and documentation.
• Regular report and communication to head office.
• Taxation for national and provincial taxes and compliance with filing deadlines.
• Maintain internal controls and standardized processes across accounting functions.
