Responsibilities

• Assist 2–3 Account Managers with onboarding, campaign setup, monthly reporting and client calls.
• Monitor client KPIs and suggest improvements for underperforming campaigns.
• Generate monthly campaign reports and ensure data accuracy for Account Managers.
• Support client outreach and nurture relationships to strengthen agency ties.
• Develop market understanding and digital strategy; provide frequent status updates to managers.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best client experience.

Profile Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Communications Role Strong project management and organizational skills
• Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing Pillars: Paid Media, SEO, Organic Social, and Email Marketing
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across all teams and levels
• Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment
• Multifamily Housing Experience is a Plus

Core responsibilities:

• Assist 2-3 Account Managers with property onboarding, campaign set up, monthly reporting, and participate in and document internal meetings and client calls Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign information is documented accurately and translated from clients to internal teams
• Proactively monitor client KPIs and work with internal team members to identify underperforming campaigns and provide recommendations
• Assist with monthly campaign reporting by generating reports, checking for data accuracy and providing insights to Account Managers
• Support Account Managers with client outreach and follow up. Continually look for ways to strengthen client-agency relationships
• Develop and maintain full understanding of the market, products/services and digital strategy Deliver frequent updates to Account Managers on campaign status, performance and internal deadlines, owning projects from beginning to end
• Collaborate selflessly with other departments to provide the best client experience
