Job summary

ADA is seeking a Content Account Manager in Iloilo City to coordinate client campaigns for assigned brands, translate briefs into creative direction, and ensure timely delivery. This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates with a passion for digital content and eCommerce.

You\'ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and production teams, maintain documentation, and help optimize campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in account management, ideally in a creative or eCommerce setting.
• Strong understanding/fast learner in content production workflows and digital campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Content Account Management

Experience Needed

A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:

• 0–2 years experience in account management, ideally in a creative or eCommerce setting. Fresh grads are welcome.
• Strong understanding/fast learner in content production workflows and digital campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, or creators is a plus.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools and asset tracking systems is a plus.
