Job summary

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking an experienced Access Control System Technician in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control systems to protect client facilities.

You will work across diverse job sites with a team, applying knowledge of card readers, electronic locks, controllers, and related hardware to maintain security infrastructure and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology or Engineering degree.
• Experience as an Access Control System Technician or related roles such as construction technician.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test access control systems including card readers, electronic locks, controllers, and hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on access control equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and malfunctions and implement solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as readers, keypads, locks, power supplies, and control panels.
• Basic LAN switch configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in FDAS, Intercom, PABGM, CCTS, and BMS.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Access Control System Technician to join the team at Net Pacific, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the security and operational efficiency of our access control systems. As an Access Control System Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control systems that protect our clients' facilities and assets. This position is essential to maintaining the highest standards of security infrastructure and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test access control systems including card readers, electronic locks, controllers, and associated hardware
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on access control equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Repair or replace faulty components, including readers, keypads, locks, power supplies, and control panels
• Can do basic LAN switch configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge in FDAS, Intercom, PABGM, CCTS, and BMS
• Willing to be assigned on various job sites

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of BS in Information Technology or any other Engineering course.
• With experience as an Access Control System Technician or in related roles such as construction technician.
