The position emphasizes project management, deployment, and knowledge transfer within Finance, with opportunities to lead cross-functional efforts and contribute to a standalone DePuy Synthes transition process.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance.
• Project management experience desired.
• Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired.
• Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes.
• May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor, as project needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of finance projects with focus on the global services tier.
• Complete the deployment plan for each GS / Finance program regionally.
• Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations.
• Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team to deliver high standards.
• Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design and manage multiple projects.
