Job summary

Marcelo Productions is seeking an experienced video editor to join full-time remotely from the Philippines. You will edit 20–30 short-form videos weekly, apply the StorySell System, and deliver high-quality reels with subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design.

The role requires 4+ years of Premiere Pro experience, strong storytelling, and fast turnaround. You’ll work with a busy team using Slack, Frame.io, Loom, and more, with a competitive AUD monthly salary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing in Premiere Pro.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and hook instincts.
• Able to create 1 high-converting reel in under 1 hour.
• Access to high-speed internet and a machine that can handle 4K edits.

Responsibilities

• Edit 20–30 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Execute our StorySell System using clear briefs and raw footage.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design that slaps.
• Maintain high quality and fast turnaround.
• Communicate clearly via Slack, Frame.io, Loom.
