Job summary

Contego - Global Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced 3D & Graphic Designer for its Creative Design team in the NCR, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering production-ready artwork, high-quality 3D visuals, and retail POSM materials.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic/3D design, a strong portfolio, and solid print production knowledge. You will collaborate across creative, traffic, and supplier teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, 3D design or a similar creative production role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization, graphic design, POSM and/or retail design.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D and graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to feedback and revisions.
• FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visuals, POSM, retail displays and graphic artwork
• Develop accurate, on-brand and production-ready designs
• Create and prepare print-ready artwork
• Conduct artwork quality checks and ensure production specifications are met
• Manage revisions and deliver assets within tight deadlines
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into effective visual solutions
• Collaborate with creative, traffic, project management and supplier teams
• Support multiple projects and briefs while maintaining quality and consistency
• Contribute ideas that improve creative execution, production efficiency and visual quality
