Job summary

11FTC is hiring a design professional to conceptualize POSM design based on client briefs and brand elements, delivering 2D/3D renderings with accuracy and speed.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to create practical POSM solutions, maintain design libraries, and participate in client presentations, ensuring designs meet campaign goals and production standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia or Advertising/Media.
• Proficiency in 3D Maya, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize POSM design based on client brief and brand elements.
• Provide 2D and 3D layout/rendering with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with design teams for production files and superimpose work.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client teams for POSM solutions.
• Maintain a library of proposals and approved studies.
• Participate in client presentations and brainstorming sessions.

Basic Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 3d Maya, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Novaliches.
• Preferably 1-4 yr experienced employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Job Description

• Mainly performs POSM design conceptualization and image creation based on client’s brief with/without existing brand elements such as logo, call-to-action, packs or product shots, endorsers and etc. (usually in sync with an ongoing campaign or TV ad) and sees through the process of approval and design finalization
• Provides 2D and 3D layout/rendering at a timely fashion and with utmost efficiency and accuracy
• Works with other design groups in providing selected superimpose works, cutting path and production files preparation
• Partners with sales, marketing, product development, client, and other stakeholders in coming up with a creative, strategic and practical POSM solutions for the different channels as per client’s requirements
• Maintains and creates a library of creative proposals and approved studies.
• Joins in presentations and brainstorming sessions with clients and sales.
• Promotes and safeguards departmental processes ad resources
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications
• Performs all other given tasks by the managed as approved by the manager
