Job summary
RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Singapore River Central Region. This contract position involves leading design, development, and maintenance of robust software while mentoring junior engineers.
You will shape our technology roadmap, implement scalable distributed systems, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years of professional software development experience in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure consistency and quality across the team.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our talented engineering team in Singapore River Central Region. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects with a dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions whilst providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - Proven track record of mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
