Job summary

Netrust Philippines Corporation in Makati, Philippines seeks a SOC Analyst to monitor security events, investigate incidents, and alert clients to threats or breaches. You will help maintain policies, runbooks, and contribute to incident response readiness.

You will work 24/7 with a focus on reducing risk, supporting vulnerability management, and collaborating with senior SOC members to improve security posture.

Qualifications

• 24/7 monitoring of security events and incidents.
• Manage IDS/IPS, firewalls and other security technologies for clients.
• Analyze and investigate security incidents, conducting initial triage, documenting findings, and escalating as necessary.
• Contribute to development, implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior SOC team members to resolve security issues and support remediation.
• Support vulnerability assessments and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Provide first-level support for security incidents.
• Assist in internal IT security operations to keep infrastructure secure.
• 24/7 servicedesk handling incident tickets.
