Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To participate in the 24/7 operation and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• To monitor and analyze internet traffic for security breaches and denial-of-service attacks.
• To constantly follow policies, procedures, and technologies to maximize security operations.
• To ensure OLAs and external SLAs are met and followed.
• To mitigate security events and communicate with customers promptly and professionally.
• To assist new product and service development and ensure successful deployment.
• To study protected applications, user behaviors, and traffic patterns.
• To protect applications and servers from attacks by deploying countermeasures.
• To diagnose incidents and fulfill customers' requests.
• To coordinate network maintenance and liaise with parties for smooth migration.
• To work under roster on a 24/7 basis.
