Qualifications

• 4-year degree; background in criminology, business administration, office administration or related fields is an advantage.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in operations, command center, dispatching, security, or administrative work preferred
• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and operational coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions during operational situations
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
• Strong leadership and supervisory ability
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can maintain composure during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily command center administrative and operational activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure uninterrupted command center coverage and operational monitoring at all times
• Assist in overseeing command center personnel, dispatchers, and administrative support staff
• Act as shift lead or officer-in-charge during temporary absence or rest periods of the Command Center Manager
• Monitor daily security deployments, incidents, absences, reliever requirements, and operational concerns
• Coordinate with Operations Officers, Detachment Commanders, field personnel, and clients regarding operational matters
• Supervise preparation, filing, and monitoring of operational reports, incident reports, endorsements, deployment records, and communication logs
• Supervise incoming and outgoing command center communications through calls, radio, messaging platforms, and emails
• Guide and mentor command center administrative staff and personnel during assigned shifts
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of the command center
