Job summary

CSGROUP Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide 1st level remote and on-site troubleshooting for all employees in our Philippine office.

You will handle IT requests, maintain workstations, laptops and mobile devices, and ensure systems stay in good working condition. The role includes maintaining backups, executing restoration tests, delivering IT induction training, and participating in audits and system improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Prior End-User support experience; junior applicants welcome to learn on the job.
• 1 year contract with potential to convert to permanent headcount.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level remote and on-site troubleshooting support to all employees.
• Manage IT Requests and ensure all requests are processed with SLA.
• Manage and support employee workstations, laptops, or mobile devices.
• Maintain backups and conduct restoration tests.
• Conduct IT induction training for users.
• Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations.
• Participate in system improvement projects when required.
