Job summary

A leading manpower service provider is seeking a qualified DRIVER to manage deliveries and conduct daily vehicle inspections in Metro Manila. The applicant must hold a professional driver’s license and have at least 6 months to 1 year of driving experience. Responsibilities include delivering goods, completing paperwork, and ensuring adherence to standards for vehicle maintenance. Qualified individuals should be punctual, reliable, and in good health. Applicants may also possess a Defensive Driving certificate, which is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional driver’s license (rest. 123 or rest. 1238).
• Must possess at least 6 months to 1 year of driving experience.
• Must present 3 certificates of employment from previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods from the warehouse to stores.
• Familiarize oneself with the stores supplied.
• Perform daily inspections on assigned vehicles.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries.
• Ensure legal breaks and complete tachographs correctly.

DRIVER

• With professional driver’s license (rest. 123 or rest. 1238)
• No visible Tattoo
• At least Vocational or High school graduate
• With 3 certificates of employment from previous employers
• With at least 6 months to 1-year experience
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• With Defensive Driving certificate is an advantage
• Must know how to preventive maintenance and basic trouble shooting
• Familiar in Metro Manila Area and nearby provinces
• Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
• Punctuality and reliability are very important
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Naghahatid ng mga delivery sa store nagaling sa warehouse
• May abilidad na makabisado lahat ng stores na sinusuplayan ng produkto
• Maalam sa lugar na dinadaanan
• Flexible sa ibang gawain na maaaring ipagawa ng supervisor
• Delivering and checking off (if required) goods at customers’ premises
• Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning of each shift.
• Completing trucking sheets and run sheets with all relevant information.
• Collecting goods according to instructions and completing associated paperwork.
• Carrying out routine daily checks on the vehicle you are driving and reporting any faults to transport ASAP. Completing the daily inspection sheet prior to setting off and reporting any defects that occur during the course of the working day.
• Abiding by current driver’s hours, rules and regulations including working time directives. Ensuring legal breaks are taken and tachographs are completed correctly.
• Available to work required shifts and overtime during the week and on the day as required.
