Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a junior to mid-level risk management professional to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk frameworks, policies, and processes.

You will assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key risks and control matters, prepare risk reports and dashboards for governance, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to strengthen regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder; interested in developing a career in risk management, governance, audit, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, audit, compliance, or operational risk would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of risk frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Assist in identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks and control-related matters.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, management updates, and governance committee materials.
• Facilitate risk and control assessments, monitoring activities, and related governance exercises.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to promote effective risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
• Support investigations, reviews, reporting, and maintenance of relevant risk governance records and registers.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry developments, and regulatory changes, and support the implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Contribute to risk-related projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities as required
