Job summary

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services in home, school, community, and center settings under supervision of BCBA/BCaBA.

The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA, positive reinforcement, and building communication, social, and daily living skills; this part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow into full-time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or pursuing RBT certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and participate in play activities.
• Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies.
• Clean background check and positive professional references.
• Demonstrated patience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children.
• Flexible with scheduling and program needs; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to a long-term role and organizational mission.
• Coachable, reliable, professional, growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior.
• Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision with a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members.
• Complete timely and accurate data collection using tablet or computer systems.
