- Advanced expertise in Grafana
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-friendly dashboards and impactful visualizations.

- Experience with integrations such as PagerDuty, Datadog, or Jira. (Nice-to-Have)
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- Strong English communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations.
- Proven ability to work independently after initial onboarding and context-setting.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Grafana dashboards tailored for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations.
- Integrate multiple data sources and configure alerts/monitoring to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Present insights and dashboards directly to executive leadership, translating technical data into business impact.
- Maintain and enhance Grafana configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
- Identify opportunities to integrate machine learning or automation into future visualization workflows.
- Work closely with the DevOps team (with foundational Grafana knowledge) and collaborate intensively with a key data consolidation lead; together, form the core working group to define data visualization priorities and formats for executive stakeholders.
