Job summary

The Social Hub is looking for a waiter/waitress who brings energy and warmth to every table. You will juggle tables, bar, and kitchen duties while delivering friendly, efficient service that makes guests feel at home.

You’ll join a dynamic team with a passion for hospitality and great vibes across our European locations. Requirements include 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality settings, plus strong English and German communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly
• Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving
• Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action
• Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm

What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and German; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
