Samako is building a €100M+ internationally scalable brand around Clean Home, Clear Mind. We’re looking for a UGC Manager for DACH to build and scale our creator ecosystem and turn great creator relationships into high-performing content.

You’ll source, onboard, and manage UGC creators across the DACH region, brief on hooks and trends, review content with actionable feedback, and collaborate with creative and growth teams.

Formación

• Have experience with UGC creators, influencers, or short-form content.
• Are highly proactive, structured, and organized.
• Have a strong creative + performance mindset.
• Communicate confidently and aren’t afraid to push for better output.
• Can manage multiple creators and campaigns at once.
• Speak fluent German + English (Dutch is a plus).

We’re looking for a UGC Manager for DACH to build and scale our creator ecosystem and turn great creator relationships into high-performing content.
