Candidates should have significant social media experience and strong communication skills. Instead of a fixed payment, earnings will be based on subscriber growth, with potential earnings between $4,000 to $25,000+ per month depending on effort and reach.

Role Description

This is a remote opportunity for Influencers and Managers to partner with Aventi Travel. Influencers will be responsible for creating content across their own social channels and sharing our travel platform in an authentic, engaging way. Managers or individuals with strong influencer contacts can also succeed by helping us get plugged in with creators they know — and scale their income by growing a team of high-performing partners.

Qualifications

-Creators with 25K+ followers preferred — or very strong engagement

-Experience in influencer marketing or social media strategy

-Managers or anyone with a lot of influencer contacts are encouraged to apply

-Confident on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any high-traffic platform

-Excellent communication and storytelling skills

-Self-motivated to succeed and very coach-able

Compensation

At Aventi, we’re not just hiring — we’re partnering. Instead of a pay-per-post model, we offer a generous revenue share that rewards our creators and collaborators for the real value they bring. Our partners earn recurring income based on subscriber growth— with no earnings cap. Most creators can expect to earn $4,000 to $25,000+ per month , depending on reach, effort, and consistency.
