Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Telecom Site Structural Engineer to design and implement structural solutions for telecom sites across Latin America.

The role requires hands-on design of towers, foundations, and cable supports, with end-to-end responsibility for quality and delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom structural design, strong English communication, and travel willingness within Latin America.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in structural design in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Understanding of telecom site requirements, including antennas, equipment installation, cabling, and grounding.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, including load analysis, bearing capacity, and load combinations.
• Familiarity with structural design standards, including national steel structure/tower standards and international standards such as TIA-222-G.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America to support project development.
• Proficiency in structural design tools such as 3D3S, TNX Tower, CAD and MS Office.

• Support onsite technical issues and provide engineering guidance during project execution.

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a bilingual Telecom Site Structural Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of structural solutions for telecommunications sites across Latin America.

• Design and develop structural solutions for telecom site infrastructure, including towers, poles, foundations, cable racks, and related supporting structures.
• Provide technical communication, clarification, and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to onsite implementation.
• Take end-to-end ownership of solution quality, delivery, and technical performance.
• Develop structural designs that consider real application scenarios, manufacturing processes, installation requirements, and customer expectations.
• Drive innovation in site structural technologies, improving cost efficiency, functionality, reliability, and overall competitiveness.
• Collaborate with frontline teams and customers to understand structural requirements, specifications, and configurations, ensuring solutions meet project needs.
• Support onsite technical issues and provide engineering guidance during project execution

We require:

• Professional in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design in telecommunications infrastructure. Hands on designing telecom structures such as towers, poles, foundations, and cable support systems.
• Understanding of telecommunications site requirements, including antennas, equipment installation, cabling, and grounding systems.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, including load analysis, force calculation, bearing capacity, and load combinations.
• Good understanding of structural materials, manufacturing processes, installation methods, and engineering practices.
• Proficiency in structural design tools such as 3D3S, TNX Tower, CAD, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of structural system design, engineering drawings, structural analysis, and surface treatment technologies.
• Familiarity with structural design standards, including national steel structure/tower standards and international standards such as TIA-222-G.
• Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to support technical discussions and customer communication.
• Willingness to travel within Latin America to support projects development.
