Teleperformance Peru is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist II to provide high-quality customer support from our Magdalena office. You will handle emails, chats, and calls, meet KPIs, and help document product issues.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 6 months in tech support, basic troubleshooting, and English at B2 level. Enjoy a 5-day schedule, S/. 2390 base salary, and a S/. 260 meal card.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver responsive and high-quality support to customers via email, chat, and phone while meeting KPIs.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, replicate, and document product bugs for escalation to Engineering.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Legal Engineers to ensure a quality post-deployment experience.
• Create internal knowledge base articles covering features, FAQs, and how-tos.
• Leverage customer interactions to help improve the product roadmap and customer experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• 6 Months of experience in technical support role.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills (basic).
• Customer Service Software (desirable).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
• Availability to work on-site at our Magdalena location.
