Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Lead to steer the end‑to‑end strategic initiative portfolio. You will ensure governance, execution discipline, and value delivery across cross‑functional programs, reporting to senior leadership.

You will drive prioritization, track delivery, and support leadership with data‑driven insights to enable informed decisions. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a proven track record in transformation and change management.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in Transformation, Program or Portfolio roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA, PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience in managing multiple cross‑functional initiatives concurrently
• Experience in insurance/financial services or large-scale transformation environments preferred
• Background in top-tier consulting (Big 4 or strategy firms) is highly valued

• Provide delivery oversight to ensure milestones, scope, and targets are met.
