Aufgaben

• Work closely with buddy to contribute to successful delivery of customer projects during the software implementation process
• Assist in collection and validation of customer requirements with customers and development teams
• Support backlog management including creation and prioritization of backlog items according to timelines and project goals
• Consolidate key input (customer processes, requirements, use-case analyses, product information, workshop plans) to generate PO design artifacts (user stories, process descriptions)
• Support the Implementation Team with clarification on requirements and acceptance criteria from user stories
• Provide continuous monitoring of project progress and take measures in case of deviations

Spring-Internship 2027: Product Owner (m/f/x)

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with your buddy, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects as part of the software implementation process.

Your main task should include:

• Supporting your Product Owner peers in the collection and validation of customer requirements together with customers and development teams

• Assisting in Backlog-Management– incl. creation / prioritization of backlog items acc. to timelines and project goals

• Consolidating key input (customer processes, customer requirements, use-case analyses, product information, workshop plans) and using them to generate PO design artifacts (user stories, process descriptions, etc.).

• Support the Implementation Team with the clarification on requirements, acceptance criteria, etc. from the user stories

• Providing continuous monitoring of the project's progress, taking into account milestones set, and taking measures in case of deviations

What you bring to the role:

• Quick comprehension and interest in learning and using cutting-edge technologies(e.g. AI)

• Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in both written and verbal English (German is beneficial).

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
