Huawei Technologies is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with banking, core banking, and cloud expertise to join our organization. You will design innovative, scalable tech solutions and work with senior stakeholders to support digital transformation.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or FinTech, deep knowledge of core banking processes, cloud platforms, microservices, and strong communication across technical and executive audiences.

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in banking, core banking, and cloud technologies to join our organization. You will be responsible for designing innovative and scalable technology solutions, addressing complex business and technical challenges, and working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

As a Solution Architect, you will do:

• Design scalable, secure, and modern architectures for banking applications.
• Lead core banking modernization and integration with legacy and surrounding systems.
• Design cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions for highly regulated environments.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and present solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Establish architecture standards and help ensure security, high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Help organizations navigate complex technology transformations and modernization initiatives.

We require:

• 5+ years of experience in banking, FinTech, or financial consulting.
• Strong knowledge of core banking processes, including lending, deposits, payments, accounting, and clearing.
• Experience with core banking platforms and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and experience with at least one major public cloud platform.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, containers/Kubernetes, and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Systems, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Enjoy turning complex problems into simple, practical solutions.
• Are comfortable communicating with both technical teams and senior executives.
• Thrive in multicultural and international environments.
• Are a strong team player who can work across multiple teams and projects.
