Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum leadership to drive complex software delivery.

You will guide engineering teams through full lifecycle development, implement release processes, and maintain rigorous project metrics. This role is 100% remote, offering exposure to startups and Fortune 500 clients, with opportunities for ongoing education and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with IT technical PM and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Experience guiding teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with enterprise Agile tools Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong release management, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on CI/CD and cloud deployment pipelines experience.
• Demonstrated ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage risk, and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Establish and track sprint metrics, release plans, and status reporting.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure timely delivery across cycles.

The Position

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
• Proven experience in guiding software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Track record of identifying technical bottlenecks, mitigating project risks, and delivering complex software products on time.
• Solid background in establishing release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile facilitation techniques, backlog refinement, and scope management in fast-paced tech environments.
• Well-versed in software engineering lifecycles, continuous integration concepts, and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
