Trigyn Technologies is hiring a Senior Solution Architect for a remote role operating in the Philippines time zone. The Associate Solution Architect will assess the existing GRC solution to ensure it is designed, configured, controlled, documented, and maintainable for the organization’s risk management needs.

The role demands 5+ years of GRC-related experience, hands-on Onspring expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into system workflows and reports.

Job Description:

The Associate Solution Architect will assess the existing GRC solution to ensure it is appropriately designed, configured, controlled, documented, and maintainable for the organization’s operational risk management needs.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities

• Assess the current solution GRC setup, modules, configuration, and deployment, including system workflows, data structures, business rules, roles, reports, and dashboards.
• Review backlog of enhancements requested by the business.
• Identify configuration gaps, unnecessary complexity, control weaknesses, data-quality risks, usability issues, duplication, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Develop a practical, prioritized improvement roadmap based on business value, risk reduction, implementation effort, dependencies, and cost.
• Configure, test, document, and support the deployment of a limited set of agreed high-priority enhancements.
• Strengthen internal capability through clear documentation, administrator coaching, and structured knowledge transfer.

Requirements and Qualifications (Education & Work Experience)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience designing, implementing, configuring, reviewing, or enhancing GRC systems.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience implementing or materially enhancing the Onspring platform.
• Experience translating risk‑management frameworks and business requirements into system applications, workflows, business rules, data structures, reports, dashboards, and access models.
• Experience reviewing an existing GRC implementation and identifying design, configuration, governance, data, and adoption gaps.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and working with risk, compliance, audit, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing configuration documentation, test scripts, acceptance criteria, administrator guidance, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Experience with controlled testing, user acceptance, release, and production deployment processes.
