Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Sustain organizational effectiveness by implementing, executing, and supporting strategic plans for technology implementation.
• Oversee project planning, monitor outcomes, provide coaching, guidance, and team discipline while coordinating and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Foster staff retention by building a dependable and communicative work environment; developing personal connections with team members and seeking growth opportunities.
• Strategically evaluate and enhance billable utilization, managing capacity planning and forecasting project profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and pursue growth.
• Generate and deliver value to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Propose information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by assessing organizational outcomes, identifying challenges, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
• Achieve financial objectives by predicting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Preserve quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
• Support team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
