BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across distributed teams. You will drive dependencies, risks, and milestones from kickoff to delivery, while delivering clear executive communications that keep leadership informed and aligned.

You will partner with stakeholders to unblock delivery, drive adoption-related initiatives, and ensure successful rollouts across teams in a fully remote, international setup.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
