BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs across distributed teams. You will ensure dependencies, risks, and milestones stay visible from kickoff to delivery, while turning program complexity into clear, actionable communication for leadership.

You will partner with executive stakeholders and drive adoption-driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams in a 100% remote, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
