Black Pen Recruitment seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer for a Malta-based hybrid role. The candidate will lead architectural discussions, mentor developers, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable software using React.js on the frontend and .NET on the backend.

We require 6–8 years in IT, strong OOP, algorithms, and cloud familiarity. Relocation via visa is included. Fluency in English is essential, and the team operates in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6-8 years hands-on experience in the IT sector.
• Proficient with object-oriented programming concepts (OOP).
• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in relational databases.
• Experience in asynchronous programming and different software lifecycles.
• Full-stack experience with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
• Experienced with common source control systems.
• Familiar with cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of document-based databases.
• Knowledge of containerization.
• Awareness of DevOps practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
