Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to relocate to Malta. You will drive delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service, with strong presales involvement and senior client-facing responsibilities.

The role requires extensive CRM configuration expertise, multiple large implementations, and a deep understanding of the Power Platform.

Formación

• Minimum 12+ years hands-on proven functional experience in CRM configuration, workflows, dashboards, forms, views and reports
• At least 5–6 end-to-end large-scale implementations with D365 CE (or lower versions) across multiple modules
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CDM and data modelling for business solutions
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Accelerators, templates and add-ons
• Delivery experience in waterfall, agile and DevOps environments

Responsabilidades

• Organise, manage and document workshops and requirements sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Lead solution work streams, make design decisions and create solution documentation
• Deliver consultancy and configuration work according to project methodology
• Create demonstrations and proofs of concept for client presentations
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality client solutions
