Black Pen Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead large-scale deployments and presales activities. The role focuses on architecture across the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform stack, including onshore and offshore teams, with a hands-on design and implementation approach.

You will mentor staff, drive proposals, and contribute to business development while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Relocation to Malta is included.

Formación

• Extensive Dynamics 365 CE knowledge across modules with architect certifications.
• Strong Power Platform and Azure integration experience.
• Experience leading multi-region implementations and offshore teams.
• Proven pre-sales and solution design capabilities for enterprise clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and drive architecture.
• Act as SME for technical and functional aspects across the Microsoft stack.
• Design domain specific implementations and promote out-of-the-box features.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with offshore development teams.
