Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise or large-scale developments.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and local authority processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience in an engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design activities for high-rise projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using industry-standard software.
• Ensure design compliance with UAE/local building codes, authority regulations, and international best practices.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review and validate construction documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and support site teams as required.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers, fostering professional development.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
