Job summary

bneXt, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to spearhead SAP SF solutions for clients in Peru. You will implement, configure and test SAP SuccessFactors, advise on functionality, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

You will also provide end-user training, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain up-to-date documentation. A strong foundation in HR processes and a relevant degree is required, with SAP SF certification

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with HR processes and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
