Cedars Recovery is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide front-line support, structure, and safety in a 24/7 residential treatment setting in Cobble Hill, BC. You will collaborate with nursing, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure continuity of care and a therapeutic environment.

• Front-line care and support within a residential treatment setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills including MS 365 are required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily therapeutic structure in the residential environment.
• Support patients in groups, meals, appointments, and activities.
• Monitor patient behaviour and provide emotional support.
• Enforce program rules and safety protocols.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques.
