The role requires strong technical skills in Node.js and Python, alongside hands-on leadership in a full-stack environment. Responsibilities include defining the system architecture and integrating AI modules. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility based on performance and project completion, with payment through Deel in soles or dollars.

Formación

• More than 3 years of experience in SaaS product development or full-stack engineering.
• Strong command of Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and React.
• Practical knowledge of PHP for refactoring and migrating legacy modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a full-stack platform (backend + frontend).
• Define the system architecture, modularization strategy, and automate workflows.
• Integrate internal AI modules for translation, quality assurance, and analytics.
