Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to own analyses and projects that drive efficiency across our growing startup. You will mandate and analyze the supply chain to reach company goals, developing dashboards, flagging insights, and proposing action plans.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize stock, costs, and processes while staying organized and delivery-focused, helping CookUnity scale globally from its NYC HQ and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous experience in a Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related field.
• Analytical skills and an excellent use of Google Sheets/Excel are required.
• Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
• ERP/MRP knowledge; SQL basic knowledge; Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Own key metrics (e.g., food costs), identify cost gaps, and perform deep dives to maintain accuracy ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and their cost impact, creating corrective action plans.
• Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excess, balancing availability with waste reduction.
• Oversee and optimize the ordering and distribution processes in collaboration with other teams.
• Monitor and communicate any price changes to relevant departments.
• Coordinate and support the deployment of new tools such as ERP/MRP & WMS.
• Develop and enhance SOPs to ensure process adherence and improve department efficiency.
