Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Lima, Peru seeks a Regulatory Reporting professional to support closing, consolidation, and submission of regulatory filings in line with local rules. You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams across Citi to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

The role requires 2–5+ years in regulatory reporting within financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Regulatory Reporting role is a position within the Controllers Organization that will report to Finance Accounting Manager. The individual will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to local regulators, based on applicable requirements such as local regulatory reporting rules and instructions. The position will have visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including the Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Enterprise Technology, & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.
• Support on the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.
• Support the team's efforts to drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
• Provide support to the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations, providing accurate information and analysis to support regulatory reviews.
• Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of regulatory changes within the reporting framework.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.
• Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.
• Intermediate communication skills in English is required

Education

Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or Master's degree preferred
