Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Recruiter to own the full-cycle process from intake to offer, partnering with leadership to hire across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, maintain a warm bench and keep hiring managers informed with a data-driven approach.

This remote role is ideal for a recruiter with a passion for passive candidates and a brand-conscious, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in tech, digital, or creative agencies is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and process automation enthusiasm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
