Mekari is Indonesia's leading SaaS company delivering a suite of ERP solutions to help businesses transform digitally. This role focuses on configuring ERP modules, training users, and advising clients on process automation and system adoption.

You will manage client implementations across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules, coordinating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with project management and ERP setup.
• Understanding of business processes (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• Prior exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar).
• Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & G Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients to set up and configure ERP modules according to business requirements.
• Provide product training to users across ERP modules.
• Consult with clients on best practices for business process automation and ERP adoption.
• Maintain account portfolio to ensure activation progress, system usage, and transaction activity.
• Support clients’ issues, including cross-module and integration concerns.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate implementation into the system.
• Coordinate with developers for bug testing and feedback on new ERP features.
• Report to the manager on client needs, adoption progress, and potential problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients to set up and configure ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing/Production) according to clients' business requirements
• Provide product training to users across relevant ERP modules
• Provide consultancy to clients on best practices for business process automation and ERP adoption
• Maintain account portfolio to ensure activation progress, system usage, and transaction activity across modules
• Support and provide solutions to clients' issues, including cross-module and integration-related concerns
• Gather client's business process requirements and coordinate implementation into the system
• Coordinate with the developer/product team for bug testing and feedback on new ERP features
• Regularly report to the manager on client's needs, adoption progress, and potential problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end client onboarding

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
• Have Experiences with project management, consultation and setup ERP systems before
• Required skills: understanding of business processes (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and/or Manufacturing). Prior exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is a plus
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business processes into system configuration
• Fluent in English, writing and Verbal
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and meeting clients
• Fast learner and independent, able to grasp multiple ERP modules
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
