The Weir Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage make-to-order and OEM projects, coordinating with teams across Australia, India, and China from a hybrid Indonesia-based role. You will handle BOM creation, material planning, and project documentation while communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will support revenue recognition and invoicing, ensure delivery meets specifications, and contribute to a structured onboarding process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (1+ year) or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: handle high-volume simple make-to-order and OEM projects with BOMs, planning, and documentation.
• Customer Communication: inform customers and stakeholders about status, changes, and issues.
• Revenue & Invoicing: manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations with risk reporting to leadership.
• Project Coordination: coordinate delivery, ensure specs, on-time, on-budget; collaborate across APAC.
• System Accuracy: maintain real-time project status in SAP.
• Onboarding & Development: participate in 30/60/90-day onboarding with training and attention to detail.
• Travel: limited travel; primarily office and virtual work within APAC region.

You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.**What you’ll do*** **Order Management:** Manage a high volume of simple make-to-order and OEM equipment projects, ensuring timely creation of BOMs, material planning, production support, and project documentation.* **Customer Communication:** Professionally and proactively communicate project status, changes, and any issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.* **Revenue & Invoicing:** Actively manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations, reporting potential risks to senior management for timely mitigation.* **Project Coordination:** Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications, are delivered on time, and within budget. Support cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across multiple countries including Australia, India, and China.* **System Accuracy:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status in SAP to reflect real-time progress.* **Onboarding & Development:** Engage in a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding process focusing on training, self-learning, and demonstrating strong attention to detail.* **Travel Requirements:** Limited travel expected; primarily office and virtual collaboration within the APAC region.* **Safety First:** Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.**What you’ll bring Must-haves:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.* Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.* Basic logistics knowledge and understanding of commercial practices.* Proficiency in MS Office and at least 1 year of SAP experience or willingness to learn.**Nice-to-haves:*** Experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or logistics industries.* Exposure to slurry pump sets, cyclones, or valves.* Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.* Ability to work within a matrix team structure and manage multiple stakeholders.**Why join Weir?** We live our values we think safety first, do the right thing, respect each other, aim high, and delight our customers.
