Worley in Lima seeks a seasoned project manager to lead medium to large EPC/EPCM initiatives, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities. You will liaise with diverse stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive project delivery against plan.

The role requires a university degree with professional registration and 12+ years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in supervisory and project management contexts. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English are essential.

• EPCM/EPC experience including site assignments; multicultural environments.
• Attention to detail in complex projects.
• Understanding of EPC/EPCM delivery workflows and coordination.
• Familiarity with Project Control Reports and risk areas.
• Experience in cross-office workshare execution.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint; able to organize data to format policies.
• MS Access and Visio proficiency.
• PM certification is a plus (IPMA/APM/PMI/AIPM).
• English: upper intermediate

Job Title

Typically manages multiple small projects, a single medium project or a portion of a large or mega project within the organization and/or for customers, with daily operational responsibilities. Works with multi-discipline project team members to develop technical/functional solutions to strategic project objectives.

Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by coordinating with engineering and project execution. Often functions as assistant project manager bridging technical gaps among departments. Reviews bill of materials/project schedules/forecasts for accuracy.

Principal Responsibilities

• Scope Integration
• Ensures Worley methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project and compliance requirements are met/satisfied.
• Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan.
• Ensures design team is aware and complying with customer Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations.
• Ensures project schedules and resource plans are developed and utilized in managing the project tasks.
• Basic exposure and understanding of procurement/subcontracting and on-site construction support.
• Translates contract requirements for project scope into Worley scope of services and deliverables.
• Manages execution, coordination, and implements regular reviews/controls to track project progress.
• Develops action plans to address project tasks and issues.
• Promotes Value Creation and Sustainable Solutions objectives for project.
• Identifies and understands the customer’s key drivers (KPIs).
• Manages customer representatives (established relationship) and other significant stakeholders.
• Manages and nurtures customer and stakeholder relationships based on established expectation and communication protocols.
• Nurtures relationships with external vendors and suppliers, communicating key project drivers
• Develops a relationship of trust and respect with ability to discuss project progress, challenges and issues in a transparent manner.
• Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans.
• Follows Worley risk management procedures.
• Keeps detailed project risk register that stays current and is tracked & communicated on a regular basis (at least monthly).
• Utilizes Risk Register items as the basis for any project contingency budget.

What You Will Bring

• University degree with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
• Typically 12+ years engineering experience, including 10 years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP project experience.
• EPCM, EPC including site assignments; Multi-Cultural environments.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding of EPC/EPCM project delivery workflow and coordination.
• Good understanding of Project Control Reports and identified problem areas.
• Experienced in successful multi-office workshare execution.
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
• Competent in Microsoft Access and Visio.
• Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM) is a plus.
• English: upper intermediate

Place of work: Lima Office until construction begins (anticipated mid-2027), after which mobilization to site will be required
