The role requires a university degree with professional registration and 12+ years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in supervisory and project management contexts. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English are essential.

Typically manages multiple small projects, a single medium project or a portion of a large or mega project within the organization and/or for customers, with daily operational responsibilities. Works with multi-discipline project team members to develop technical/functional solutions to strategic project objectives.
Ascertains that engineering work is done according to plan by coordinating with engineering and project execution. Often functions as assistant project manager bridging technical gaps among departments. Reviews bill of materials/project schedules/forecasts for accuracy.
Place of work: Lima Office until construction begins (anticipated mid-2027), after which mobilization to site will be required
