BairesDev is seeking a Product Manager to own the Identity Platform and migrate from a legacy monolith to a modern microservices stack. You will define canonical models and work across sales, operations, customer service, and finance to scale identity at a global level.

You will collaborate with enterprise SaaS teams and ensure governance, security, and performance while working in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience owning IAM platforms at scale in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with authorization models (RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC).
• Led large-scale identity migrations from monoliths.
• Experience with SCIM 2.0 provisioning and HRIS integration.

Product Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own an Identity Platform as the authoritative source of truth for every principal on the network, including corporate customers, individual users, and internal operators. Your near-term mandate is migrating existing customer and commercial identities off a legacy monolith onto a next‑generation microservices platform, establishing clean canonical person and organization models along the way. This is your opportunity to own a platform that sits in the critical path of every user action, working across enterprise sales, operations, customer service, and finance to get identity right at scale.

What You'll Do

• Own the Identity Platform as the source of truth for all principal types across the network.
• Lead the migration of customer and commercial identities from a legacy monolith to a modern microservices platform.
• Establish clean canonical person and organization models.
• Define and maintain operational discipline around identity, including SLAs, audit trails, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate across enterprise sales, operations, customer service, and finance teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience owning IAM platforms at scale in a multi‑sided marketplace or enterprise SaaS environment with multiple principal types.
• Experience with authorization modeling, including RBAC, ABAC, or ReBAC.
• Background leading large‑scale identity migrations off a monolith.
• Experience with SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning and HRIS integration, such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Build vs buy judgment on commercial identity infrastructure such as Auth0, Okta, or Entra ID.
• Experience with Temporal for cross‑domain provisioning workflows.
• Experience operating an identity platform under a compliance framework such as SOC 2, GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA.
