BairesDev is seeking an AI Full-stack Engineer (Next + Python) to own the frontend surface of a streaming chat app expanding into analytics views for a sales revenue workstream. You will work inside an established design system, building reusable components and hooks, prototyping with generative UI, and extending Python services when needed.

As you grow, there is room to progress from Senior through Staff scope based on your experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript, 8+ years for lead-level scope.
• 2+ years of experience building AI/LLM-driven applications.
• 2+ years of Python, or 4+ years of backend experience for lead-level scope.
• High attention to detail in UI, including pixel accuracy and design fidelity.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll own the frontend surface of a streaming chat app now expanding into analytics views for a sales revenue workstream, where accuracy shapes real customer conversations. Working inside an established design system, you'll build reusable components and hooks, prototype alongside Design on generative UI, and extend Python services when the frontend needs them. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience with AWS.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with LLM evaluation, including LangSmith, Langfuse, LLM-as-judge, or golden datasets.
• Experience with streaming chat interfaces, including token streaming and WebSockets.
• Experience with analytics and charting UI using D3, Recharts, Visx, or similar.
• Experience working inside an established design system such as Material or Carbon.
• Strong accessibility (a11y) and responsive web app practices.
• Familiarity with generative UI and model-driven components.
