Monee in Southeast Asia and growing Latin America is seeking a proactive Product Manager to shape and grow the Credit product portfolio in Indonesia. You will own end-to-end product lines from ideation to launch, ensuring local market fit and scalable backend and admin systems.

Collaborate with product, compliance, technology, and operations; translate strategy into clear requirements; drive release readiness and post-launch performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent in fintech/e-commerce.
• Own end-to-end product outcomes from ideation through launch.
• Knowledge of Indonesian market—regulatory environment and consumer behavior.
• Experience with both user-facing and backend/internal systems.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to push back with data and clear reasoning.
• Detail-oriented with awareness of compliance and financial impact.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

About the team:

We are looking for a proactive product thinker to shape and grow Monee's Credit product portfolio in Indonesia. You will own a set of Credit product lines end-to-end, from ideation and requirements through launch and post-launch iteration; with the flexibility to work across consumer-facing, operational, or emerging product areas as our team and business evolve. Your biggest contribution will be ensuring Credit features fit the Indonesian market — on both user-facing experiences and the backend systems and admin platforms that power them — by originating your own initiatives, shaping incoming proposals, and championing local context in every product decision.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Product strategy and vision. Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for your assigned product lines. Proactively identify local market opportunities and shape them into product proposals. Balance strategic initiatives from the broader business with bottom-up insights from local users, operations, and market signals.
• End-to-end product-market fit. Ensure every product decision — whether on user-facing surfaces or backend systems and admin tools — is designed to fit Indonesian market realities from day one. Champion local context during ideation, not retrofit it after launch. Push back constructively when proposals do not fit, with data and reasoning.
• Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Partner with product, business, compliance, legal, technology, and operations counterparts across the organization. Represent Indonesian market context in cross-team discussions. Communicate progress, insights, and blockers clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Delivery and quality. Translate strategy into clear product requirements and specifications. Partner with Quality Assurance to plan and sign off on user acceptance testing. Own release readiness and post-launch performance for your product lines.
• User experience advocacy. Advocate for both external customers and internal users of admin platforms and operational tools. Ensure product usability, functionality, and workflows match how people actually work.
• Continuous improvement. Identify friction and inefficiency in existing products and platforms. Drive initiatives that improve user experience, reduce operational overhead, and enhance the leverage of the Credit business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent role — preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or a related domain
• Demonstrated experience owning product outcomes end-to-end, from ideation through launch
• Working knowledge of the Indonesian market — regulatory environment, consumer behaviour, and business practices
• Prior experience with both user-facing products and backend / internal systems. Versatility across product surfaces is essential — this role will not be limited to one domain
• Strong written and spoken communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to push back constructively when decisions do not fit local context, using data and clear reasoning
• Detail-oriented, with awareness that Credit product features often carry compliance and financial impact
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
