• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS or related field.
• 4–6 years of product management, business analysis, or digital delivery experience.
• Experience delivering digital products end-to-end from ideation to launch.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech is preferred.
• PM certification (CSPO/PMPO) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the Digital Enablement product roadmap aligned with the digital strategy.
• Gather, document, and refine product requirements from stakeholders; maintain a prioritized backlog.
